Returns
We hope your Mio Miri purchase finds its place in your wardrobe. Should it not be quite right, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Period
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, with items received by our warehouse within this timeframe.
Returns received outside of this period are not guaranteed acceptance. Where approved at our discretion, late returns will be issued store credit only.
Condition
Returned items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unaltered
• In their original condition
• Complete with all original tags and security ribbons attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined. Any rejected returns will be sent back to the original return address via standard post.
Returns Process
To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery at care@miomiri.com, quoting your order number.
Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
Returned items must be sent back in accordance with the instructions provided and within the stated return period.
Non-Eligible Returns
Items not purchased directly from the Mio Miri website are not eligible for return.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to select an alternative size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Responsibility
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received and approved. We recommend using a tracked service when returning your order.

We recommend taking care when trying on your pieces and reviewing sizing details prior to purchase. For any questions regarding returns, our Customer Care team is available to assist.
